As a dedicated family physician with a special interest in dermatology, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical aesthetics and laser therapy, I have cultivated a practice that is deeply rooted in personal experience.  My journey through health challenges, including PCOS, infertility and endometriosis, fuels my passion for helping patients navigate similar struggles.  I believe in empowering individuals with the knowledge and support they need to thrive and be proactive about their health.

 

With advanced training in medical aesthetics and laser treatments, as well as anti-ageing medicine, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice.  I hold a partial diploma in Dermatology from the University of Cardiff and have accumulated years of experience in family medicine, low-risk maternity, emergency medicine and hospitalist care.  I earned my medical degree from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa and have proudly called Canada home since 2008.

 

Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted single mother to two amazing kids.  When I'm not cheering from the sidelines at basketball or volleyball practices and games, you'll likely find me enjoying the summer sun on the golf course.  This winter, I'm excited to try my hand at pickleball and continue my love for downhill skiing.
